For more than 16 years, Pastor Carmen Hamilton has been an unstoppable volunteer and driving force for compassion and change in Ottawa’s communities. Guided by her faith and a deep commitment to equity, she has dedicated her life to helping others through Jubilee Apostolic United Pentecostal Church, and far beyond its walls.
Pastor Hamilton’s leadership shines in moments of action: organizing benefit concerts and children’s camps, mentoring at-risk youth, and creating welcoming spaces for newcomers with food, clothing, and job resources. Through this work, she has built a foundation of hope and belonging for many, helping families navigate new environments and access opportunities.
